Crystal took the time to meet us at our place of business to not only drop off hard copies of all her work (and digital copies) but to go through in great detail what she did and why she did it. We were simply blown away and she now has two new raving fans. We loved how she explained to us in laymen’s terms all her work, methods and strategies. Heather and I are very different in how we think but somehow she was able to explain everything so we could both understand it. Few people on this planet can communicate at such a high level. And she constantly checked in to ask if we were following what she was saying. That is incredibly rare these days. We really appreciated her patience with us in answering all our questions. We were also blown away by the depth of her knowledge in finance. Her advice and attention to detail also blew us away. The fact that she asked us specific questions about what type of vehicle we were buying and from whom and then how we were planning to use it demonstrated how thorough she actually is. And she volunteered to have the dealership contact her directly to provide any necessary financial information went well above and beyond our expectations. After receiving her invoice, we couldn’t believe how she could provide such service at such little cost. I am so thankful that I came across Crystal this year when I was looking for someone new to file my income taxes. It was very easy to book an appointment on line, her communication is wonderful and she really took her time with me when I asked for some help understanding what I could and could not claim for my rental property and small business.
