I have been having treatment from Ben for a number of years. He always examines you thoroughly and explains his findings to you in ways you can easily understand. I have been going to Precision Chiropractic for some years; I have found the team to have theoretical and practical knowledge, explain the diagnosis and treatment, and advise on prevention. I first reached out to prediction chiropractic in order for them to come to my workplace and do a on site consultation for all interested employees, after attending the session Ben informed me that chiropractic care would really benefit me both short term and long term, therefore I decided to visit the practice. Since attending my sessions every week, I feel as though I have learnt lots of beneficial and informative information from Ben which has enabled me to understand my back issues more in depth and how I can relive symptoms at home ect whilst waiting for my next appointment. Couldn’t recommend Ben @ precision chiropractors enough. Came to Ben around two years ago after seeing many other chiropractors and the difference in the treatment and overall service was a level above. As a keen triathlete I do a large amount of training and really found that Ben understood how to approach my treatment around training load and races. Deep massage has been such a positive experience for me. I’m nearly 70 but generally kept fit but have some stiffness issues with Hamstrings and upper back. After my first session I felt so much more relaxed in those areas. I also play golf and the improved relaxation has made my golf swing more dynamic and consistent. I’ve been using Precision Chiropractic since sustaining a whiplash injury in a car accident. I remember being really nervous before my first appointment, not knowing what to expect, but Chris put me at ease straight away. I found that there was an improvement from day 1 with an increased range of movement and decreased pain levels and that this has steadily improved during the course of my treatment.
