My first time using Precious Paws and they are fantastic! I don’t think Betsy wanted to leave! The service was incredible and ever so friendly, I was offered some really helpful advice and wouldn’t use anyone else ever again! 10/10

I had never left my two boys Eddie and Buster with anybody other than family before. I was so nervous about finding good kennels or a home boarder. Precious Paws came recommended and I can honestly say I am so impressed with the professionalism, love and care both Leon and Mellissa have shown. Great communication from the off, answered all of my questions, and I had lots! They really want to know your pets, and take care to follow all instructions and specific requirements. Their home is lovely, the dogs are free to roam, with cute designated doggy areas full of toys, dog sofas and beds. A real home from home boarding experience. I was sent videos and photos regularly throughout the weekend to reassure me and show me what a fab time they were having. They were walked in lovely woods daily. Our collection time was delayed due to a last minute change of plan, and there was no issue in keeping them a few extra hours. I was so anxious about leaving them with strangers, but I can now rest assured in future knowing they are being cared for so well by such lovely, kind professionals that treat them as if they are there own pets. My boys Bertie and Hector were looked after so well at the weekend when our daughter got married they looked like the were disappointed to come home! !! I cannot recommend Precious Paws, not only for grooming but also for boarding. They are simply excellent and I felt so happy I did not need to worry about the boys on such a special occasion. I was really apprehensive about getting my puppy groomed but Melissa was amazing. She put me and my puppy at ease. He came back to me looking and smelling amazing and he's currently rocking his blue bandana. Would highly recommend!

Melissa is such a caring and professional groomer . My Jason is a 7 year old rescue dog who I have had for 5 months . He is scared of his own shadow but can become aggressive when in new situations .
