Dorna and Matt’s workshops are incredible, a beautiful yogi duo! Matt is my regular teacher. His classes create space for us to explore the movement of our mind and body, helping us to find a unity between them. Classes include the postures, breath work and meditation. Each class is different as Matt doesn’t limit classes to prescribed sequences. Expect to explore new movement, new findings in familiar movement, and a deeper understanding of why you’re on your mat! If you're looking to start Yoga I can totally recommend Dorna & Matts classes whether a beginner or a well seasoned Yogi. I have been going to Dornas classes for a number of years, as someone who's mind & body enjoys to be active I indulge in many modes of exercise, Yoga has had a massive impact on improving my strength & endurance levels & importantly thankfully to Dornas extensive anatomy & physiology knowledge greater awareness of how to avoid injury. Check out the Pranasana website Dorna & Matt offer great workshops & retreats , I can say from experience they have been a great source of inspiration & guidance on the path to physical & mindful well being , I believe this would never have been possible without their profound wisdom & dedication to fully support students through their personal journeys. Dorna’s warm, positive and spiritual energy is reflected in the nature of her yoga class that I have been attending in Saturday mornings. In a welcoming and non judgemental environment, we are invited to let go of the outside world and focus on our physical and spiritual selves for an hour and a half. Dorna’s extensive knowledge of breath techniques and beneficial poses ensure a good stretch and you also feel you have recalibrated yourself too. When I leave the friendly and inclusive class it is with a clear mind and a spring in my step, a great start to the weekend. I highly recommend Dorna’s yoga class. More...

I have been attending Dornas yoga class for 3 years . Her gentle guidance and knowledgeable teaching is delivered with a light hearted touch and passion and I always feel Dorna is interested in each students personal development . Breathing exercises have had a fantastic impact on my life and I use them to manage stress. My partner and I are both runners and yoga has been invaluable in keeping us strong and avoiding injury.
