The skills range within PPS Maintenance and Renovations allow the Partnership not only to offer a wide range of building maintenance, repairs, and renovation works but to offer full video inventories and surveys of properties, carry out interim inspections and check in/out tenants to properties as well as having an experienced qualified building surveyor to undertake measured surveys and produce AutoCad plans in addition to obtaining Planning Permission and Building Regulations approvals for larger alteration/extension works as well as the full project management of the build from start to finish and the option of managing it after.

What do you love most about your job?
We love the aspect of designing the customer wishes and brining it into a reality and adding value to their property. We offer fantastic advice and work very well with the clients and ensure that all parties are discussing any changes throughout the job to allow works to progress smoothly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After seeing a gap in the market to offer a “one stop property and problem shop” to our customers offering a full range of services from concept, design, undertaking the works through to management or future maintenance whilst working with the customer and building relationships. This we feel, means that we want to aspire to be the best.
Why should our clients choose you?
We currently work for B&Q, Bathstore and Wren as fitters for bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms so we have good experience in this field. My team have around 36 years of experience in all trades, as well as design ideas so we always give out the best, affordable and most practical solutions.
Bathroom Fitting
Fitting full bathrooms including tiling, plumbing, decoration
Kitchen Fitting
Building kitchen base and wall untis, fitting the units, fitting worktops and plumbing in sinks, dishwashers and washing machines, tiling and full decoration.
Property Refurbishment
Bathroom and kitchen fitting, carpentry, flooring, decoration, partitioning walling/stud walling and plastering, brick and block wall, knocking through walls, window fitting and demolition as well as landscaping
Extensions
Garages, workshops, summer houses, greenhouses, extensions including planing permission /drawings and building control with full specifications if needed.
Plumbing
Plumbing repairs and fault finding for wc/shower/basin/bath/bidals and kitchen sink and new radiators or repairs
Carpentry
Timber flooring, stud walling and cladding, staircases, roof joists and timber frame
Roofing
Felt and batten, chimney stacks and repairs and gutter cleaning and new guttering and facias
Flooring
Vinyl flooring, carpeting, tiling and laminate flooring
Decoration
Painting and decoration including wallpapering
Landscaping
Artificial Grass and turfing, timber decking, patios, paving and tidying the garden
Electrical
Services added include lighting, sockets and fuse Spurs if we are carrying out other works only! As this is sub contracted to our electrical team.
