Chelsea is calm , compassionate, motivating and just so competent in her assessment of individual workout needs and translating these into personalized workouts to do both with her so she can assess posture and stance and technique, and on your own. Her clients span a range of age groups and strengths. What impressed me was how effective she is at on-line sessions - the technology she uses is easy to access and works well on a cell phone. As an older person it's great to have this personalized affordable service, with a range of session options. I am noticeably stronger and happier with my aging body! Chelsea strikes a perfect balance between being highly motivating and gently supportive, and her program has been the only exercise I have ever been consistent at. I was pretty new to strength training when we first started, and was suffering from back pain and some knee issues. She has always been good at customizing my workouts to what I need - mentally and physically. After a few months on her program, I noticed a reduction in my back pain.
