Ive always been afraid to go to the gym. Great workout facility! I was in the area for a couple days and decided to stop in for a day pass/Sunday workout. Helpful and friendly staff, extremely clean locker rooms, and spotless weight/cardio area!

Pros----amazing rate for students, comprehensive collection of machines, free weights, many class options, sauna in the locker rooms, smoothie bar, relaxed and accommodating managers who are understanding and willing to work with you and your lifestyle. This is a full service gym. Weights; machines; plentiful cardio equipment, classes, daycare, yoga and personal training/nutritional advice. Reasonably priced. First time joining a gym and it's been a great experience so far! The price is right, with the added bonus of my insurance providing a monthly fitness incentive. The facilities are clean and well-kept and there are plenty of fitness machines from which to choose. There are also plenty of classes - included with membership - from which to choose. I've enjoyed Barre with Allison!EDIT: While I love the gym, I'm knocking off a star due to the smoothie bar.
