We were notified by them that they were enroute to us the morning of our scheduled work to be done. Explained to us what was involved with power-washing our mobile home and what to expect and in return had asked us to inspect everything before leaving to make sure that we were satisfied. They even went the extra distance to wash off our fuel and propane tanks and also the underside of our awning. It removed all of our mold spores and any green algae that was on our trailer. Power Play was great! Came out quickly when called (I think they had a cancellation because it was literally a couple of days later). They were super conscientious about doing a great job. Nate was even worried about the goldfish in our little pond next to our patio. They were fine!!! We contacted Power Play to pressure wash our vinyl pergola. I called and left a message and Nate returned my call the same day! We discussed the breadth of the project and Nate gave me a quote that same day. I was emailed a copy of the invoice, which I reviewed, and approved. My online approval was what was needed to be put our project in their schedule. The following week I was contacted by Nate regarding a date, approximate time and the name of the associate who would be responsible for power washing our pergola. Jonathon arrived at our home well within the timeframe I was told he would be on-site. Jonathon did a great job pre-washing and then power washing our pergola. All of the mold and mildew was removed and I couldn’t believe how great our cleaned pergola looked. Absolutely fantastic! Almost like brand new! I spent time giving the details of my experience with Power Play Pressure Washing because I thought it was important to let everyone know how courteous and professional this company and employees are from the very beginning of the process all the way through to the actual power washing of our pergola. Nothing but Awesomeness! I've been wanting to get the back of my house pressure washed but had mixed feelings about it. I've never had it done and was skeptical of the outcome. I was getting tired of looking at the algae and dirt and I knew I wasn't going to attempt washing it myself with a rental, so I started searching for a company. Had Powerplay out this morning to clean my vinyl sided home for first time in 7 years. Lots of mildew and dirt. A few hours later and the house is gleaming! I had considered doing it myself but would have spent 1/2 the money, 10 times the labor and not got as good of results. I'll use them again and refer to friends. Jon Hinkle from Power Play looked over the house and understood clearly what we needed before he came and when he arrived the day of the cleaning, we reviewed the job. The entire job was done beautifully and professionally with great pride on the part of the the two men. We will be calling again next year when the work needs to be done. Our siding was in serious need of a good washing. It’s difficult to pick a vendor when you’ve never needed their service before. Did the usual online search. Called several businesses and left messages that were never returned. Contacted one company that gave me a quote over the phone...when their estimate finally arrived days later, it was almost double what was originally quoted. I had called Power Play because their online reviews were all very positive and I had seen their truck in our development. Spoke to Nate who was both knowledgeable and helpful. We had our house cleaned by Power Play Pressure Washing this past week. The results are incredible. We have never had the entire house professionally washed in the 12 years we’ve lived here. That’s a lot of built up, baked on, smelly grime to clean. I was hoping some of it could be removed and never expected all of it to be gone. Amazingly it is! I had forgotten how light the color of our siding really is. But the best part is not having to wash the window sills - it’s all gone!!It was such a pleasure dealing with Nate.
