Power Pilates is truly Amazing, had my beginners Pilates this Saturday with instructor Steph Morris not only was it a great workout that I will be feeling for a week but the vibe the energy, her music playlist was simply amazing literally had me working even harder and it was so much fun the class flew by will be back for my session next week
