P.O.W Fitness has been invaluable for me, I thought initially I wouldn't get much out of the 6 weeks because I'm such a slacker but Josh O'Hagan is extremely persistent and tough going and supportive, this made the sessions fun and a challenge to keep doing better and getting stronger, the bootcamp was so much fun and you meet some super people �

BEST around! Training with Josh has taught me so much about my own body and diet. Every session is always fun, my diet and style of training is always changing consistently to specifically suit me! What was initially a holiday goal is now turned into long term training and my goals are always changing. I'm so happy with my results and progression and really excited for the rest ahead. 6/5 ! I have joined the gym plenty of times over the years, only lasted about 3 months each time. I then decided to take on a PT, a decision i will never regret. He introduced me to a whole new world of fitness based around weight lifting that i myself would never have thought of trying. I got a diet plan and training plan which he update every couple of weeks to make sure I didn't get bored. Week by week i got fitter and stronger and as I noticed my body change, my confidence increased. In six months went from a size 20 to a size 12/14. Four months after my sessions with josh ended I'm still lifting, setting new goals for myself, challenging myself in different ways and loving it. So thank you josh i was once ur Padawan i am now a full on Jedi master :) More...

I've tried many diets and plans and nothing has ever worked long enough. Since working with Jash, my body has changed, fitness levels have increased vastly and my confidence and energy is back. He works hard to make sure you're getting the right results. He's always contactable throughout the process towards your goal, for any queries you may have and will listen to you when your stuck. I've learnt to always listen back, as his guidance leads to results. Overall great trainer and as a plus, good craic too. It's hard going at first, but with perseverance you will get great results with Jash and you will enjoy it too. I truly recommend. More...

I had my first consultation with @Josh O'Hagan last Friday and we've done two sessions this week, already Im more focused and motivated on my training and my diet. my confidence in the gym has sky rocketed !! And im looking forward to the tough road ahead !! More...
