When I contacted Power Graphics to help my company re-order a product that had been ordered over a year ago by the woman who held my position before me, they took the time to look up the past order given the little information I had and told me that the particular item I was looking for was no longer available but they took the time to help me figure out the closest match. Â I received a proof of my company's logo on this particular banner, and when I asked (several times) to have the logo re-positioned, they were very patient with me and quickly produced a proof that I was satisfied with. Â Less than a week later and ahead of schedule, we received three banners of exceptional quality with the logo perfectly positioned. Â In my role, I deal with multiple vendors on a daily basis for any number of things, and it is so refreshing to come across a company who promises to deliver good quality in such a narrow time frame.
