When i had richard fit my bioler last year he did an excellent job nothing was too much trouble he completed on time he would not leave the job until he was completely happywith everthing hes been back since to sevice the bioler again great job his after service is great too any problems you ring him and hes there to sort them out i would recamend him to anyone

Broken down boiler.Previously ripped off by an unscrupulous company and quoted ridiculous prices by several others over the phone, without them even seeing my boiler. I began to despair.Then thankfully I found Richard and am so relieved that I did. He is a lovely man, a true gent - honest, helpful, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, experienced and competent.He fixed my boiler, keeping me informed re parts and prices throughout - I'm sure others would have insisted I needed a new one. I had an oil fired combi boiler replacement? Of the 6 quotes I had Richard's was not only the best price, but he was also the most professional as he picked up 3 additional faults one of which was a safety issue. He also found a solution to the replacement which had the least intrusive affect on the property.

I had had a lot of trouble getting plumbers to quote ,not turning up, changing appointment times,arriving late.Richard did exactly what he said he was going to do and when he was going to do it,and he didn't disappoint.

Leaving a 5 star review for Richard must be the easiest review I have had to do. From our first conversation about fitting a new boiler and tank, till the completion of the work, it was evident we had picked the right person for the job. His knowledge of heating systems is outstanding and there are no problems which cannot be solved. Our job did involve overcoming a few problems but they were dealt with professionally and we were informed at all times how the work was proceeding. He is polite and was a joy to have around and his enthusiasm for doing the job right is second to none. We had to call him very late one evening and even then, he was more than happy to guide us on how to sort our concern out. I would recommend him to anyone for this type of work. More...
