Potenza is power, and we are all about power production. Whether you are a competitive weightlifter or competitive athlete, we train to increase power production. We use the olympic-style lifts, the snatch and the clean & jerk, as the basis for our training programs to increase power in our athletes. We train athletes of all ages and abilities. Whether you are a brand new weightlifter, national-level competitor, a cross fitter looking to improve your weightlifting technique or a college soccer player looking to dominate the pitch, we can help you achieve your goals.
There is a difference between strength and power, power is strength-speed (Potenza=Forza Veloce). Power is what allows an athlete to start, stop, cut, jump, kick, hit or strike. If your sport requires power, we can help you become more powerful and all things being equal, the more powerful athlete wins. To become powerful, you must train explosively.
