There have been a couple of times we have come here towards the end of the day and it hasn’t been very good. So I recommend coming early in the day when the food is fresh and warm. Serving our community great food, compared to their grandparents. We hear this all the time! Service and quality is our strength.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The passion for providing excellent quality food. Being in the restaurant business has been in our DNA for 15 years and we are continuing this trend in Lafayette , la. The original franchise started in 2014 in Gonzales, la and we felt Lafayette was a perfect location to provide good quality Cajun food.
