Prior approval was granted with slight amendments of the drawings which Sags completed very quickly. There were a couple of unexpected things which came up after prior approval contrary to our understanding prior to the application but Sags dealt with those in an appropriate and professional manner which was highly appreciated. We contacted Sags after receiving a number of expensive quotes for technical drawings and plans for a double storey extension in Stoke-on-Trent - he was quick to call us with a very reasonable quote, far cheaper than any others, and showed a real interest in what we were trying to achieve. After arranging an appointment around our work schedules Sags spent over two hours surveying our house, taking time to check each detail that we wanted in our extension, and provided good advice.It took less than 8 weeks from the initial quote to delivering the plans and securing approval. Even though there was an objection from our neighbour, we still received consent without issue, which I believe is down to Sags's openness when helping us design the extension itself (ensuring the upper story was set back, and by noting other factors we might need to consider). I had previously been quoted over £1200 to have my plans prepared and submitted so I came on yell to find an alternative. I went on previous reviews only, and they did not fail .Sags came to do the visit the week I contacted him.... he was professional and talked me through everything I needed to know. Having poor experiences with other companies my expectations were minimal however sags exceeded all our expectations. From initial contact to completion sags was always reactive and responded quickly and efficiently. He was able to visit the property draw up the plans and submit within a few days and managed the planning process for us throughout, ensuring we were happy with everything. Was wanting some drawings done for a 3 story extension. Found post my plans on facebook and glad i did. Made an arrangment to meet sags at the property. Within 2 days the drawings where complete and the application was in. I cannot fault one little bit, was the cheapest around but also the most efficient. Everything was top class service, drawings were all to the finest detail - nothing was left out. They were always on hand to answer all my questions and queries no matter what time of day or night I always had a response immediately.
