I have been coming to Positive Vibes for about 2.5 years now. I absolutely LOVE it. I originally came through a groupon, and of all the places I visited, this was by far the best and I joined shortly after. The energy is contagious and will make you want to come back for more. I loved the fact that it is a small group, no one picks on u if u cant do something. David is great teacher. I was thrown from a horse into a fence and was restricted from doing certain things. David was right there to personalize my workout until i.can work back up to it. I like that even though u are strangers at first everyone will come up and encourage u to keep coming back. I was so lucky to take my first kettlebelll class here with Marque. Â I got my butt kicked.While getting my butt kicked Marque motivated me and made sure that I didn't hurt myself.
