I have been working with Positive Sparks for about 4 years now, Phil and his team have a refreshingly commercial and dare I say even entrepreneurial attitude that is a revelation.

They are at heart a performance based agency, in that they care about the ROI and will highlight any issues and work with the client to optimize and strive for your sales rather than their fees.

I've dealt with many so called "digital marketing specialists" over the years, in both Search Engine Optimisation and also in the Pay Per Click field.
Many will rely upon the fact that the client doesn't have access to the same reporting tools and simply provide graphs at the end of each month to justify the fees.

Commercial viability was always obscured behind a curtain of Jargon.

If you want to sell online or sell more effectively online do contact them they are truly unique in the sector and once you've had your eyes open to a real digital partnership you can never go back.

I cannot recommend them enough, in both results and overall service they care about your success as if it were their own (and it is).

We wanted to work with Positive Sparks as they appeared to offer a performance based service. After an initial consultation we agreed to do a 3 month retainer but this became 7 months on an overpriced plan after being told we didn't qualify for the performance based service. Hi Paul, I don’t believe we have ever worked with you via Bark? If you are another Paul we have worked with outside of Bark, then the most common reason you didn’t qualify for our performance based approach after a trial would be availability of your best selling stock. We do strive to be performance based with every client we work with but factors beyond our control (like best selling products being regularly out of stock) mean this is sometimes not possible until such factors are remedied. Such factors will always negatively affect your overall account performance anyway, so its in everyone’s interests for everything to be running to optimum levels. No client is ever held to any long term contract or commitment on our standard retainer fees, so you would have always been free to pause, or discuss, your work with us at any time if you found us over priced. Whatever your experience of working with us, we are happy are achieving the results you want now and wish you the very best moving forwards.
