Q&As

The thing I love most about my job is helping owners to get the best from their dogs. It's the best feeling to see dogs making progress and to strengthen the bond between dog and owner.

I have been training dogs for more than 20 years alongside my career in animal health research and teaching. I love being outdoors and spending time with people and their pets so setting up my own business to do just this has been a long-held dream of mine.

Every dog is different. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and instead I offer a personalised approach making sure that training is tailored to meet your requirements. For owners who can't commit to a class I am able to provide a flexible service, travelling to your home to work with you and your dog at a time that suits you.

Services

We wil visit you at home to discuss your dog and any issues you might be having. Our consultations tend to last around 2 hours and we'll provide you with training exercises to help resolve your dog's unwanted behaviour.

Unlike the class environment, 1-2-1 sessions are tailored to yours and your dog's requirements. Charged per hour.

Your dog will be exercised either alone, or in company of other dogs, for an hour, during which time I will also carry out some training exercises centred around your requirements.

We can advise on how to give your puppy the best start from the day you bring them home. Covers topics such as toilet training and getting started with basic training (sit, down, come etc).
