Our competetive pricing system is a simple set price per square metre for domestic walls and floors, this is for ceramic and porcelain tiles. Natural stone/slate etc. will be extra.

Splash backs and smaller jobs are based on a day price rate.

These rates are to include suitable adhesive, grout of your colour choice, tile trim and labour.

Extra costs could include self levelling compound for uneven floors, preparation for wooden floors, plaster boarding walls, and sealant for specialist tiles etc… These would be discussed at the estimate.
