Fun Mugs could not have been a better vendor for our wedding. The customer service was phenomenal from the start. They were quick to respond and willing to be flexible for our event.
They arrived on time, quickly set up, and provided wonderful service throughout the night. Afterwards, our keepsake memory book was returned to us within days. The photo booth was such a fun addition to our event and i would recommend Fun Mugs for any event. Everyone had a great time (both young and old) and we have some wonderful fun memories in addition to our regular wedding pictures.

We used Fun Mugs for our wedding, and they were a completely stress-free vendor. They responded to all of my questions quickly, and worked with me to create an adorable logo to fit our wedding theme. We had a change of plans when our wedding day was rainy, and they were very accommodating with our last minute changes. Great experience working with these guys. Rented a photo booth for my sisters wedding after I went to one in New York that had one. Huge hit and the props were awesome. Everyone still has them hanging on their fridge or in their office. Very punctual and easy to deal with. We had so many issues working with other vendors that it was super nice to work with people who did what they said they would do. I had heard that many times some other companies didn't show up (or pick up on time) and I was very wary of this when hiring Fun Mugs. Never had an issue. I would highly recommend. Fun Mugs was recommended to me by a girlfriend who saw them at a wedding several months back. My experience with them was top notch. The owners were more than accommodating and their package prices were by far the best I could find anywhere in Charlotte. Having said that, the pricing they provided does not compare to their service and friendliness! My husband and I heard from many of the guests as to how much fun the photo booth was and how great the personnel from Fun Mugs were. More importantly, my daughter and her groom were extremely pleased with the staff and the booth as they purposely provided some time at the end for the couple to make sure they had an opportunity to use the booth and have some fun even though it was a little past our rental end time! The scrapbook we ordered was delivered 3 days after the event and I was able to give it to my daughter and son in law immediately when they returned from their honeymoon. From the initial booking and answering of questions to the final day, Fun Mugs was on top of everything and was the best addition to our daughters wedding. The staff and experience from Fun Mugs was awesome! Not only did everyone at my wedding enjoy the photo booth, but the whole package was all worth it. From the props to the book we'll receive with copies of each photo strip (in the mail, but I have no doubt it'll look great!) to the quick uploading of ALL photos to Facebook, Fun Mugs was an AMAZING addition to my wedding.
