Working with Porter Legal was awful. Made everything sound very clear on the phone but then it somehow took 4 months to submit simple paperwork. Kept blaming it on requirements changing due to COVID but I know some of what they asked me about in the third month was definitely needed from the start. Advised me to take actions that would have had me in serious trouble, which was only avoided by my father advising me better than them. Definitely not worth the money. More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
Ms. Porter worked at a previous law firm and saw some things that she did not agree with, specifically how clients were treated and how their cases were handled. After learning the wrong way to run a business, she took the knowledge that she gained from being heavily involved in a law firm and opened her own firm, which is more client focused and efficient.
