Love love love my outdoor furniture I got from here!!. They have a lot of designs that you don’t find anywhere else. After going to different places in south Florida I guess I saved the best for last. (Up north) I’m glad I did! They have a two story showroom with unique pieces. Staff were not pushy, they actually let you browse the entire place and then answer your questions with very knowledgeable information. Prices are great, delivery was fast. This is the second time I purchase outdoor furniture from this store. The first thing is that they have an extensive selection of outdoor furniture, umbrellas, pergolas, hot spas, planters, plants etc. two years ago I purchased a patio set cast aluminum which looks as new today two years later. Yesterday I bought another outdoor set for around the pool, an umbrella and two reclinables with the loveseat and coffee table. It took me over 5 hours to select, Marisa my sales rep was with me at all times, knowing that my indecision was causing her delays in future orders but she kept a smile at all times. I left the store and came back to change my order because I was not sure still. I thought she would kill me, instead she smiled and changed it again stating that she just wants me to be happy. We bought a 15x30 above ground pool from the Greenacres store (John) and everything about John and the staff was amazing! He was knowledgeable and friendly as was the installation team . Never did we expect to buy a pool and have it delivered, installed and ready to swim in within 7 days. They also have an amazing showroom to meet all of your patio needs. Let me start by saying that we were not sure what to do in my new patio and new pool. My husband went the store located in lake worth and he came back so excited! We went three days later and John and Alex helped us. The service was amazing, the products they have in store are beautiful and John And Alex did an excellent job helping us decide on what to buy to make my new pool deck the way I wanted. Alex even had the patience to answer all of our questions about taking care of the pool too and explained every product we have heard about to maintain our pool! Knowledge 100%, service 100% Furniture was delivered by Carlos and Drew, and service was great too! They set up my patio furniture the way I asked them to. We were referred to this store in Pompano by friends who had done a lot of homework and visited several Hot Tub locations in the Fort Lauderdale area. Specifically, a product that is a leader in its field with an excellent reputation, and provides excellent hydro massage therapy. Our friends referred us to Marisa T., the sales person who handled their purchase. The store is bright, has a wide variety of hot tubs on display, is a Jacuzzi dealer, and the sales team is knowledgeable about the products. We were asked to describe the main use for the product. We were looking for excellent Hydro therapy, comfort, space, and ease of use. Marisa provided clear descriptions of the differences between models. Based on the homework done by our friends, and adding our particular inclinations some helped along by Marisa's good insight into our needs we selected a slightly different model than our friends, the ***** We like the center jets which massage the bottom of our feet). The attention by Marisa and Alex (part owner?) was excellent, and helped us choose a perfect model for us. We bought the product on Sunday, Feb. 10 and it was delivered and installed on Feb. 14! We called the store for a water management specialist to come out to the house and walk us through the water treatment and tub function. Adam came out within 48 hours and left us with all the necessary understanding to run and maintain our Jacuzzi. Overall, an excellent choice of product and excellent advice by the sales team. I just received my new outdoor kitchen. I found the whole experience enlightening and professional. From the sale handled by Roy who gave me his personal cell phone to assure me that everything would be as promised and it was. The delivery guys also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They noticed the deck box didn’t match the chairs and said is that the color you ordered I said I didn’t think so. What a phenomenal experience from start to finish! We visited the Lake Worth location first. Alexander and Michael were friendly and helpful, but not pushy. They greeted us, but let us look, and then offered suggestions. They literally rearranged furniture for us on the showroom floor so we could take pictures and get a feel of the space. We also visited the Pompano store. Marisa and her team were just as friendly and helpful.All three sales advisors were knowledgeable about the company and product. They all took pride in their job and had an appreciation for design. They had great suggestions that were practical and looked good. The quality and quantity of merchandise is exceptional and reasonably priced. You could have your pick of virtually any style with color options. That’s hard to find in the box stores, and you can actually feel the fabrics and see product in person.Carlos and Hector delivered the furniture and were dressed well and took their time to assemble and arrange the furniture.
