Went today and was happy. Staff friendly and informative. Looked after our dog Jasper and he seemed to take to the staff very well. Price was competitive, so no complaints. They also have a good loyalty programme so have booked in for another session in a couple of months. Jasper had dry skin so they even put some aloe vera spray to help, no extra charge. Charlotte took excellent care of my border collie Toby. We've not taken him to a groomer before and I don't think I'll be taking him anywhere but Pooched Paws from now on. Charlotte was friendly, welcoming, and really clear about the treatments and services that Toby would be getting. At the end of his visit Toby was the smartest I've ever seen him, he was bouncing with happiness, his coat was as smooth as silk, and he had a nifty new bandana around his collar.
