Anna at Pooch Patrol was recommended to me by a friend. I was struggling to find someone who could help with my shift work but also take on a puppy. Anna asked for a introduction with her gorgeous hound Duke and we soon realised that Pixel was a mini Duke and they got on so well. Although Pixel doesn’t go and see Anna every week or even every month; she always knows where she is as soon as we get out the car and she runs in and forgets all about me. We have used Pooch Patrol twice now for our puppy. First time was for 10 nights holiday cover and recently for 2 nights. Anna came recommended to us and I would certainly recommend her. She is caring, flexible, personable and treats all her dogs in her care like her own. I like the fact the dogs get a free run outside in her garden and she takes them on daily long walks through the forest. I’ve just collected my beloved dog from another stay with Pooch Patrol. I can always relax going away knowing he’s in perfect care and always get to see what he’s up to with regular updates, photos and videos. I can’t recommend Anna enough!

Anna had taken excellent care of our dog, Elsie, in the past! She’s a fairly nervous dog but goes absolutely bananas when she sees Anna and loves her walks! Would recommend to everyone!

Being a person that works in London full time and travels often I need to know that our Beagle, Boston, will be looked after and cared for whilst we are away. Anna's home is more than welcoming and it's lovely to see Boston run straight in when he gets there. It's lovely to receive updates through the day of what they've been up to which keeps our minds at bay. Great service from pooch patrol. Our Amber always gets excited going to pooch patrol and when we pass by pooch patrol HQ our Amber tries to detour up the driveway to their door. We can't thank Anna enough for the help she gave in looking after our Amber and wearing Amber out when I recently badly injured my leg and could not walk for a number of weeks. Jen and Billy of Annex Pooch Patrol are amazing. They are flexible with last minute requests, completely dependable, great with my dog ( who gets so excited to be dropped off for sleepovers that he shakes,) kind and sensible. I get regular updates when I travel and I know that our pooch is being walked, allowed to sleep on the couch if he wants to, properly fed, watered and loved. They are both terrific. More...
