Tigerlilly, my Airedale Terrier, can be a bit on the nervy side - skittish. Rebecca took this on board and treated Lilly with the utmost respect and kindness, as well as giving her a lovely pamper session. It's the first time in over 4 years Lilly has been to a different groomer, but yesterday after we arrived home, she was prancing and dancing around. Obviously very pleased with herself.

Took charlie the toy cockapoo to see Rebecca after not being clipped for over 8 weeks he was matted all over and looked a state! When I picked him up he looked beautiful, smelt lovely and was happy! Charlie previously hated to be groomed and would sulk for hours after, after visiting Rebecca he came home happy and playful and not at all stressed! Wish I could leave a higher rating than 5 stars. Took my husky and my springer to be groomed and they look amazing. My husky is nearly 5 years old and has never been to a groomers before as she can be grumpy! I've been taking my ever so clingy toy poodle here for about a year now, always happy with what Rebecca does as he is a right fidget bum and you have so much patience with him as I know he cries continuously whilst he is there cause of his separation anxiety, but he always smells adorable and looks great after a trim � thank you for always taking care of him � x

My 6mth old german shepherds first visit today. He was a little excited and confused but i just knew he would be left in great hands. Our Cockapoo Charlie was a handful even for the Puppy Trainer at Puppy Training classes. But Rebecca took it in her stride and still managed to give him a good cut on his first visit. She's so patient and kind. Since then he has calmed down a little. Rebecca has now been joined by Lauren who is also brilliant at her job and really good with Charlie too. I have been going to Pooccini for nearly two years now, I cannot promote this dog groomers enough. Our beloved dog has been given the best treatment on every visit and the care that was shown when he had to have an eye graft to an injury sustained whilst he was playing, and has had to have much care and attention when grooming, but Pooccini has made sure he was groomed in the best possible way.
