Great beach hotel. Room was right on the ocean across the street from the main hotel. Opened the door to a gorgeous beach view. Unfortunately immediately locked myself out. Had to run through sprinklers at 1 AM to get a new keycard   Apparently this is somewhat common.  Service here was top notch. Didn't matter if it was checkin, restaurant, meeting rooms, pool, everyone was top notch. Ritz Carlton type service. Food was great golf course was awesome. This is a very nice resort, but the facilities just aren’t 5 star worthy. They need some upgrading. The bed was comfortable. The beach front room had a modern bathroom, but was otherwise dated. The staff here are all very friendly and attentive. Room service was fast. Did not use the pools due to weather. The hot tub was nice as was the pool side bar. It was a spontaneous trip, and it could not have worked out more perfectly. The staff arranged the ideal room for me. The accommodations were beautiful and restful, even with construction taking place. Special thanks to Alex Shami, Concierge Supervisor who was incredibly helpful and who made me feel right at home. Everything you would expect- great service, clean, professional, with delicious food and drinks.We were all pleasantly surprised by the food we ordered for lunch. Large portions and full of flavor. Also on the healthy side. Wish they served that food in a restaurant somewhere. Manicures, pedicures, massages, sauna, hot tub, pool... oh my! This place has it all.My only complaints: we had to go up to the bar to order drinks instead of them coming to us poolside. 2 waiters and a lot of ppl drinking. Rooms are outdated for a five star hotel. Service is top notch & the property ground is a 10/10 overall A-. Our bed made noises every time you rolled over or made any movement.

I am currently staying at the Inn and Club to attend my 1st cousin’s wedding.||Both my mother and I are currently Handicap. Mother broken foot and I recovering from a Trauma Ortho injury/surgery and scheduled for a second surgery.||The front desk staff (Thomas, Chris, and Alexis) were able to accommodate us in an ADA room that enables us to mobilize with ease.||I am mobile on a knee scooter and wheelchair. We were unable to travel with the wheelchair so the concierge staff (Jayden and Alex) were able to have a wheel chair delivered to the facility for me to be able to attend the festivities without risk.||EVERYONE has been great. House Keeping, in room dinning, bellhops, and Restaurant staff. ||The room is beautiful and properly equipped for our needs.||Cheers! More...

Gigantiskt resort med fler hotell direkt vid stranden. 2 golfbanor och 15 tennisbanor.|Inte splitternytt, men välskött och med massor av personal. Frukosten är fin, fräsch och nyttig men inte överdådig. Solstolar hyres på stranden och därför ser stranden väldigt tom ut. Vi såg 6-8 solstolar på hela veckan... stranden är milslång. PVIC was a fantastic find. The amenities, service and beaches were just top notch! I highly recommend you visit this club. The spa is incredible. This place is not inexpensive but it does provide a level of service commiserate with the costs. At all times the staff was engaged and polite and all requests accomplished. My wife and I have stayed at the Inn & Club a few times and it just keeps getting better. This time my wife had a business partner join her for a day of work so we got a suite overlooking their beautiful beach. What a great idea! The living room was spacious with a full size table for them to work at with an amazing view. I was able to play a round of golf with some older members that were so welcoming. Dinner at the Grille was perfect with both service and flavor. The wine list was extensive and had some affordable bottles as well as super high end. The best part of all is their fantastic staff lead by quality managers that anticipate your every need and deliver 5-diamond service without any fuss. Thank you for another great stay at the beach.
