Konrad and his team repainted the hallways, 3 bedrooms and kitchen in our flat – walls, ceiling and woodwork. His team also repaired and repainted all of the outside window frames and sills, which needed new cement, filling and painting. We originally hired him for the internal work, on the basis of a neighbour’s recommendation and a competitive quote. We then asked him to complete the external works at the same time, for which he hired and managed a small team to help him. Konrad is thoughtful and professional in his approach, keen to meet the customer’s expectations in his work and offering practical advice with other jobs outside his main remit. His approach is detailed and specific, which lends itself to people who value a granular quote.
