We regularly work with property developers in the Brighton and Hove area to create funky, fun and efficient HMO's for the ever increasing and competitive student let market.

With the south coast enjoying a strong Serviced Accommodation (Airbnb) market we work with property management companies and owners to turn single let properties into high earning serviced accommodation. We offer a full turnkey service and look after everything from the design; sourcing, supply and installation of furniture and decor items; bedding, kitchen and dining ware right through to the coasters and final teaspoon.
