After using the services of another highly rated company in London I was left very disappointed, this is when I turned to Point101 and asked them if they could help us on short notice. Kerry and the team really went above and beyond for us. We were looking to digitise some illustrations and to get them printed. They took us right through the entire process and answered every question we had without hesitation for time or how straight forward it may have seen. I approached Point 101 to help me with a large custom order of 10 canvas's. I have been working with a printing company for a few years but they couldn't offer me the custom large scale format options that Point 101 could so I took a chance on using them and I have not regretted it. The process from enquiring to delivery was fast and effortless. They completely custom made all the pieces to my specifications on an ultra tight deadline. They staff were friendly and efficient with all aspects of customer service. All I can say is WOW. I called several different companies (including SnappySnaps) and these guys were the most helpful and informative. My order was quite unconventional plus I never printed anything larger than an A4 page before, but these guys really knew what they were doing. The resulting quality of the canvases was realy impressive, and their price turned out to be much less than I expected (SnappySnaps would be twice as much).
