DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are scammers and will steal your money. They made me pay a 50% deposit to move a tree. Came in and half dug up my tree and then disappeared. They promised to bring a crane to remove the tree but kept cancelling again and again. It became a hazard for the tree to fall on my house. When I requested my money back because they did NOT deliver on services, they kept coming up with excuses and then promised me they would pay month end as they have financial challenges. Our company does not own a crane we hire cranes from crane companies. First day we waited for the crane at the entrance to thier complex and they didn't come. The usual crane we use was not available as they had gone to cape town and coming back on Friday. So when the crane failed again to pitch up i told her that we have to wait for Friday for the reliable crane truck. She couldn't have any of it and started saying you are transplanting it the wrong way it's going to die. Please do not come back to my house, I want all my money back. Already a lot of work had been done so there was no way we were going to return the deposit of R2500. She started threatening me with bad reviews. On Thursday I called her to confirm for Friday as i had already booked the crane having already paid the deposit but she ignored me until after Friday that she said she has already decided against transplanting because someone said its not easy to do. I have screenshot of WhatsApp messages to show with our conversations
