Jon and his team were excellent to work with. They drew plans for our small residential remodel and got our permit from the city. We were required to work with an architect to replace a load bearing wall with a beam to open up our space. We only needed the plans/permit since we are doing the work ourselves, and many other companies would not take on a job so small. PMPC had no problem with it. They were very quick to respond to any questions and very thorough/helpful while managing the entire permit process for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More...

Really nice people to work with. They got our permits on time and even suggested contractors(we ended going with one of there recommended contractors). What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and cherish the fact that I am involved in the transformation process of their home / future home. I value the trust my clients place on me and my office. We take it seriously and offer them the best service through the completion of their project and beyond.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a product of the last recession and rather than search for another job, chose to start my own. Over the last ten years and successful completion of hundreds of projects and building a successful team, I enjoy the challenges each day brings and coming up with creative solutions.

I value their money as if it was my own. The biggest value we offer is that we are not just hired to do drawings rather to be your partner in the project until completion. We truly care.
