Ryan and his team are very diligent easy to work with. I went through 2 other google listing companies just to be dissapointed. These guys are the real deal! I help with the marketing at Kitsap Kitchen and Bath Co. in Poulsbo, WA. We have been working with Performance Media Marketing for almost 4 years and I can not say enough good things about this company. We are able to upload our own photos to help maintain our website, and yet, as sometimes happens, there can be issues with things running smoothly. All I have to do is send the pictures to my team and they take care of everything. I am able to send special holiday or promotional information that can be quickly and easily added to our website and taken down exactly when asked, without reminder, every single time. Our rep, Alan Gomez, is always available when I call and checks in with me from time-to-time to make sure that everything is how we need it to be and satisfied. My phone rings. I own a small business, and all I ever want is for the phone to ring consistently. I work hard to make sure my customers spread the love about my company, so that every once in a whole a referral call comes in. Some months that's enough, but some it's not. The last thing in the world I wanted to do was engage a marketing company. I just didn't want to deal with the hassle. When these guys called, when PMM called, I had a ton of questions, and some skepticism...BUT, I KNOW I need a Google presence and a mobile site...and I was attracted to the no contract month-to-month...And, honestly, it's been great. My phone rings, and when I have a problem, or need some help with this Internet stuff I don't understand, well...Bryan and Alan and the whole team are super duper helpful.
There's something about companies that understand the value of “customer service”...I do, and so does PMM. If you get a change, give them a shot...They have made my phone ring more consistently than I could have without them.

As the owner of Ecodry Carpet Cleaning in Las Vegas I recently hired Performance Media Marketing to build and run a Pay-Per-Click campaign on Google. Two days later I was diagnosed with a severer health issue that will entail months of treatments, etc. I contacted Performance Media, to inform them about my diagnosis with the obvious intent of stopping any new PPC campaign.
