Personal Trainers

I do a training session with Perry once a week and it is tough, effective and fun. He is also really good at adapting his class to the person by understanding strengths, weaknesses, goals, likes and dislikes and blending this into a series of exercises that are testing and enjoyable. He is also a nice and down to earth guy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others of all fitness levels. More...

I wanted to get myself into good shape and always felt out of place and uncomfortable in a gym, not knowing what to do and feeling self-conscious so decided to invest in a personal trainer. Since I have started training with Perry, I have more energy , my clothes fit better and I am less prone to falling ill. I have tried many diets and personal trainers for 3 years. I spent a lot of money and got no results in return. After over a year out the gym I lost a lot of muscle and put on a considerable amount of body fat which motivated me to hire a personal trainer. I have always been passionate about sport and physical activity since I was a kid . When you love what you do , it doesn't feel like work . The most rewarding aspect of being a personal trainer is the positive impact I am able to have on my clients . Starting up my own business was a goal that I set myself shortly after I left school . I have always been an ambitious person and wanted to build a business that would have a positive impact on peoples lives . In 2010 I decided to turn my lifelong passion for fitness into a business .
