Paul developed a plan to assess the stability of my knee after an ACL reconstruction. His approach was thorough and methodical, and he explained everything that we were doing along the way, which made me feel really confident in the outcomes. Paul really knows what total fitness is about! He is incredibly knowledgeable about what works best for the body with regards to exercise along with correct nutrition to rectify and rebalance in a variety of ingenious ways that has totally changed my perspective. I offer a complimentary lifestyle questionnaire and health MOT check. Based on these findings will determine how achievable and realistic the clients goals are. I will often break down the clients longer term goal into smaller more realistic ones which sets up a better success rate and stronger client adherence. I am there to support the client in every step but ultimately accountability lies with the client to succeed and gain confidence and therefore go alone at a later stage when they feel ready.

Consistency is key. By a client sticking to a realistic schedule on a consistent basis, will see much better results than someone who misses a week here and a week there. For instance there is no point in getting a new parent to schedule in 5 sessions in 1 week. At most you would plan in 2 sessions so they have a better chance of adherence right from the start.

I am passionate about helping and educating others to become a healthier, fitter and better version of themselves. I get satisfaction knowing that I can help people achieve their goals which helps them gain confidence and happiness in life.

I am very passionate about health and fitness and continually seek to improve my knowledge by reading and taking further courses. I am very personable and like to strike up a healthy client trainer relationship. I am very truthful and upfront from the beginning and will be honest if I feel that your goals could be unrealistic as I don't want to waste your time. Ultimately my aim is to get you to a place where you are confident enough to go alone and continue to see improvements.
