Very bad experience with this company and wouldn’t recommend any one use them I had a quote from themselves and they were the cheapest for the car Ev charger. We agreed a price of which £350 would be deducted once the government voucher had been received. I was on holiday at the time and asked him multiple times about booking the work in. He insisted that he couldn’t book the work in until the voucher had been processed. Eventually got back to me and said the voucher had gone through and he could give me an install date. He installed the charger and I paid him £790. 4 weeks later he rang to say the voucher had not gone through and we now owe him £350. When we went to use the charger he had blocked the charger and made it impossible for us to use. My wife had to contact the manufacturer of the charger to make her the administrator of the unit so that we could use it. I have since spoken to another company and they have said it takes 6 months for the voucher money to come through or he hasn’t filled out the paperwork correctly. The first day we used it, it didn’t work, the company who makes the charger came out a week later and has now told us that he has connected it with a 16amp fuse instead of a 32amp fuse so we can only get a 3kw charge instead of a 7.2kw charge for what it was sold for. I am now having to pay another company to have it installed correctly. He is either a conman or a useless electrician so be warned. More...

The friendly punctual electrician arrived on time and spent a few minutes explaining the process. He answered my initial questions and gave an accurate estimate of how long the installation would take. The work was completed very professionally with little visual impact to the interior of the building. On completion of the installation I was given a good briefing on how to use the charger and all my questions were answered. Great team. Completed a tricky yet sympathetic EV charger installation in a barn conversion. Minimal disruption and a tidy finish, despite 1m thick stone walls, the consumer unit being on the opposite side of the building and the charger location being 30m from the house. Really pleased with the outcome.

A big thank you to Phil and Connor at PM Electrical who have just completed all the electrical works for a holiday cottage renovation in Strete which is now very much future proofed and modern. We had full electrical works completed including rewiring, sockets, dimmable lights, air vents, indoor and outdoor lights, fireplace lights and more recently an EV charger installed.
