Great service from Yuen & Dean in the restaurant, food was lovely and well presented. Room clean and comfortable. Used the pool, sauna etc which were a little busy and the pool over chlorinated but otherwise a nice stay.

Good hotel well located for work in local area, nic3 facilities including spa and gym. Service in the hotel is great, all staff are very helpful, with a particular shout out to Yuen at restaurant has was really helpful even when I rocked up very close to closing.

We stayed on 26th March 2024 for one night in room 114. Noticed black mould growth on ceiling near curtain pelmet area and also in bathroom. Informed our concern on checking out on 27th to reception desk manager Emma Henfield who advised us to email complaint. Stayed for 3night..been here a few times.very convenient...we had a tiny issue with the room but Steph @ reception was very helpful. . breakfast was spot on everything you want and plentiful thoroughly enjoyed. We had evening meal in the restaurant and it was good and was served by Yuen..she was excellent.. the only disappointment they didn't have my prefable wine that evening.. the hotel is very clean and staff very friendly.. look forward to our next visit. We were away for a work trip and arrived at the hotel. We went to check in and one of the girls gave their name to the lady at the desk (blonde lady) and in a very blunt way said ‘no you’re not here’. Obviously, not what you want to hear after a nearly 6 hour journey. It would’ve been nice of her to suggest trying a hotel in the area with a similar name or even offering to call the other hotel to check. But no! Nothing! She came across very rude and like she couldn’t be bothered to help 3 women who were very far from home and didn’t know what to do. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I will meet you at my premises and have a friendly informal chat with you and discuss a plan of action and write out a structured training plan which will be agreed by both of us and implement it with realistic targets and goals and help you reach these step by step in a relaxed manner.As I progress the sessions with you I will increase the intensity and build your confidance up.As we train and I coach you your fitness/strength levels will increase and we can then develop new strategies and training regimes to produce maximum results.I also cater for those who want to tone up/lose weight by ways of HIIT Training/Circuit Training to increase cardiovascular fitness and balance your weight management.All sessions are fun and enjoyable.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I have been trained and assessed to an Elite Level of Coaching by staff at Lilleshall National Sports Centre and gained my much respected and coveted &quote;FLAMING TORCH; Physical Training Instructor Badge which I am proud to of been awarded aswell as gaining my 10 x England Coaching Badges and completing The Ministry of Justice Physical Training Instructor Course ( PTI ).If you train with Plyofit Elite Fitness I will carefully monitor your progress and push and motivate you with structured training plans and new targets set to keep you interested and focused throughout my sessions with proven results.I look forward to developing all my clients and making them feel fitter and healthier and in tiptop physical condition.
What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate in seeing clients get fitter and healthier and improve their lives.I support all my clients I train and have travelled all around the UK supporting them in different sporting events and competions they have entered. An example of this I recently attended Eng v GB Youth Championships in Sheffield where one of my students won their place onto GB Assessment for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for the Government for 25+ years delivering quality Physical Training sessions.I have delivered Gym Instructor Courses for many years and assessed at Lilleshall National Sports Centre on Physical Training Instructor Courses.Having coached and taught at the highest level I have gained many years experiences and now enjoy meeting new clients wanting to get fit for fun or more serious athletes for competitive sports.I train amateur and professional boxers and coach and train clients needing that extra push/motivation that you need with a professional structured training programme.Being self employed allows me the flexibility to support my clients and train them around their work/families with continued support from me to achieve all of the goals set for you.
