I was very impressed with the cleaning undertaken by PlyClean Ltd. The house was in a very poor state and the two ladies who cleaned it were very conscientious and hard working. My only observation is that insufficient time was allowed for the clean with the result that the initial pair of cleaners had to be relieved by two other ladies because they were scheduled for another job. I used PlymClean for Hall, Stairs, Landing, Back Bedroom and Dining Room carpets. After a quote over the phone Tony arrived on the appointed day and on time, he worked until the job was done and I was very satisfied with the cleaning. However the next morning I was not happy with the Hall and Landing carpets. After phoning Gail at PlymClean she agreed to come and have a look, it was agreed that Tony would come back and re-clean those carpets which he did to my satisfaction. PlymClean....... amazing professional cleaning service. I was unable to clean my new property due to being in a car accident. I was offered an appointment straight away to discuss which areas needed to be clean etc and the quotation came across straight away with the booked in clean. The kitchen, hob, sink etc was gleaming and cleaned to a very high standard! The bathroom look as good as new! They treated my home with respect whilst I was at the hospital, my grandmother said they were very polite cleaners and professional. So thank you PlymClean for helping and cleaning my home!! How long have you been in business?
We both have 20 years experience working within the Small Business sector and have bought many of those skills we learnt together and built PlymClean which we started in 2014 growing rapidly to 6 Vans and 12 Staff. We are now Established in the Premium Residential Cleaning sector with Plymouth and the surrounding area, based @ the City Business Park in Stoke PL3
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We supply all the cleaning products, from Steamers to hoover's, Step ladders to flick dusters on extendable poles, Degreaser to disinfectant, all our own microfibre cloths using our tri-colour cleaning system to avoid cross contamination.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the finished result of a sparkling clean home, the customers reactions when they see it, the time customers take to actually send us reviews or a phone call with some kind words for the staff.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have both worked all our lives for other people or companies and you get to an age when you look to the future and see maybe another 20 years working and think... We can do this, build our own future, for the kids and get that work life balance we've always been looking for. Dont get me wrong, the first few years are tough, but if you get through that like we have done the future looks sparkling.
