Recently had a walk in shower and toilet installed using Plumbstation (uk). They used ADJ installations as the installers. The work was done on time. The work was exemplary. The after service by both Plumbstation (uk) and ADJ Installations was first class. The workmen were at all times polite and the place was left clean and tidy. What do you love most about your job?
The customer satisfaction in seeing their old out dated bathroom being transferred into a bathroom they are proud to show to their friends and neighbours.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From the very start we wanted to make a different kind of business. Our industry has become dominated by faceless national companies that have no character. That's why, from day one, we've concentrated on creating a warm and friendly atmosphere in our shop. We like to think we have good character as people, and that we have embodied that in our business too.

Really pleased, really impressed - we highly rate Plumbstation(UK) from enquiry, design through to fitting and aftercare! Right from the outset Nick was really friendly, honest and helpful in advising us of the variety of options that would suit our budget needs, then helping us design our new bathroom, which was a complete re-fit. John and the team were incredibly professional, punctual, friendly, clean and tidy with outstanding workmanship - John and Nick ensured that we were updated with developments every day and nothing was too much trouble.
