I can not recommend this company enough! I called them on a Monday morning after noticing a slow leak over the weekend, within two hours someone was in my house trying to find the leak. The leak was found, and at no fault of anyones the fitting burst apart and my kitchen got very wet! Thankfully Clive was there when it happened as he knew what to do straight away! Chris also helped him drain the system and make it all safe, even though my little boy was more than happy to splash in the water in the kitchen! Thank you Plumbgas for our new bathroom! What a transformation! It has such an impact when you walk in. We love our new tiles which are immaculate! Jonty offered us valuable advice on layout, suppliers to look into to choose what we wanted and he even visited the site to go through everything with us before work began. He suggested things we hadn’t thought about such as skirting board style to fit in with the traditional style of the bathroom and fittings. He made sure all the pipework was neat and tidy. An electrician and plasterer were organised for us making it hassle free, nothing was too much trouble. We have had comments from our neighbours about how friendly and courteous Plumbgas were and they have asked for contact details to use them themselves. Our house was left spotless after work was completed. Jonty and the team have worked so hard to make our dream bathroom come true and we are so grateful! More...

Fitted a new boiler for us last week. We both work and Plumbgas arranged for our key to be collected from my wife's veterinary practice on the Newport Road. Dusan who quoted us said it would take 2 days and was true to his word. First day he stripped out the old antiquated system, and fitted the new one, being careful to lay dust sheets and move our furniture out of harms way when carrying it through the house. The 2nd day he plumbed in and fully tested the new system and synced it with our Hive. He even moved the pipes so they run under the floor in the boiler cupboard and it all looks very neat. We came home to the key on the mat and a fully working system. The house was so tidy, if it weren't for instruction manual on the side and details of our ten year parts and labour warranty we would have never have known he was there! Extremely helpful and very professional. Lots of advice and suggestions given re boiler type and pipe work for new radiators. Arrived on time, very polite and left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day. Excellent communications when I queried anything replying very promptly. Willing to help and did a couple of add on plumbing jobs once on site and happy to rebook another appointment when I decided to change another radiator. Highly recommend Plumbgas, very professional and friendly throughout completion of the job. They replaced and relocated our out dated boiler and did a great job to a very high standard. Also made sure everywhere was left clean and tidy before leaving every evening. They even went as far as to bring heaters for our toddler, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Such a brilliant company. They did a fantastic job at installing my GCH, (and my gas fire a couple of years ago) and were really helpful from the moment go. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was how I wanted it and worked around mountains of stuff and pets.
