We are a family company based at iden near rye east sussex having over 40 year's experience in a variety of roles from bakery/tea room owner to corporate catering then on to outdoor event catering at high end garden shows.
We love to do buffets with an abundance of different flavours from christening to golden weddings.

Bubble and squeak cake with crispy dry smoked bacon topped with a poached quail egg
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to meet the client at their convenience to discuss the menu, giving them a sample menu and a few ideas of ours can help along with preparing the perfect menu just for them
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting a variety of people from all backgrounds and creating something just for them
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had a couple of different businesses in the hospitality industry,I never get bored with food and my son said to me last year I want my own catering company and please help me so here we are

Every client is an individual and thus should get treated as such which allows us to be creative and have a completely bespoke menu.
