the mot amazing service ever - Nancy was the most kind and compassionate person and I cannot say enough things about her.  I had to order 3 arrangements for my dad's funeral and I was dreading going to a florist as I was worried that the person would not understand my vision and pickiness with types of flowers,etc . This was the best experience i've ever had - she was so patient with me as I designed 3 different arrangements. she asked all of the right questions and took many notes on what I definitely did not want. She even offered for us to come in the day before to see the arrangements to make any changes since we are paying so much money for them. At the last minute I realize that I needed a corsage and boutonniere. Many of the flower shops were closed and the ones that were open could not help me at the last minute. I came across Plaza Flower shop and enter panicking. The sale woman Denise looked at me and said “No worries we will make sure you leave here with what you are looking for and happy”. I have to agree, that is exactly what happened. I love when people understand others mishaps and help to make things right. I will forever be a customer thanks to Denise and her helping save the day. What a wonderful place! We were visiting from out of town and needed flowers quick to take on a visit to a family member. Patty was upfront and was so kind and helpful . She showed me a good place to look, and took me back to the vases. She recommended a certain vase since it was going to be in a senior citizens home. They offer a military discount which is always appreciated. The flowers I chose were beautiful and Party wrapped them up very nicely. They made it all the way to Pottstown without a scratch. I had a very good experience with Plaza Flowers and will use them again. I purchased an arrangement for the funeral of an aunt. When they arrived, it was missing the banner, which was important. (This is the only reason I didn't give them five stars.) I called and immediately received an apology from the associate, as the item was missed. He then offered to make the banner and have it delivered and placed, to rectify the situation. I was a bit skeptical, however, someone delivered it and properly placed the banner on the arrangement. I must have been chatting with someone, as I did not even see the person from Plaza; however, the banner was there in a very reasonable amount of time. It was a good example of rectifying a mistake with a sense of urgency and care. It meant a lot to my me and my sister. Thank you. More...

Rushing to get my wife Valentine’s Day flowers last minute I order them online and didn’t give it much thought. My order was processed by Ava’s Flowers and then redirected to Plaza Flowers. What came was nothing close to what I ordered. After hours wasted trying to speak to someone at Ava’s to make things right I discovered that they were actually shipped by Plaza. I called was speaking to Anthony after about 2 rings. I explained my situation and he was very understanding and apologetic. He assured me that he would put something together to try to make things right and they delivered beyond any expectations that I could have had. Absolutely beautiful arrangement for my wife. Though there were issues these guys stood behind their product and made it 100% right. They have gained my business for years to come. I wasn’t aware that Ava’s was a online site that gave brief descriptions to other local flower shops to deliver upon. I’m glad it happened however because I was able to find a company I now trust and will be using from here on out. I do not hold them accountable by any means for the confusion with the order however they made it right despite not being at fault. This is a company I can back up. I was just surprised with a flower delivery and mind you, there's a blizzard outside right now. A few of the flowers are a bit wilted and the basket handle is a little crooked (from how it was sitting the car I'd imagine), but still beautiful. We bought the flowers for our daughter's wedding here and had them delivered to the Philadelphia venue. Kellynoreen helped us understand all the options and walked us through the Q& A to choose what we wanted and fit within our budget - and she was able to work well with my daughter who is living across the country. The results were just phenomenal - the flower arrangements were gorgeous and showed up bright and early at the venue. We got our flowers from Plaza Flowers and had floral centerpieces, a bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen. Kellynoreen was super helpful, and gave us beautiful flowers that matched exactly what we were looking for!

I needed a couple feet of water proof ribbon for my daughters birthday cake - everywhere I went they said they could order me a roll ($19 - $22) which would be fine but who needs 100ft. ANDREW RAGUSA at Plaza Flowers was as sweet as could be and GAVE me several feet of the ribbon NO CHARGE. Customer service is so important these days, he had no idea I just drove 30min but it didn’t matter I believe he would have been very kind and gracious if I had walked over from the house next door . Today was my Mother's memorial service. In the days leading up to today I have been experiencing extreme mourning. When I went to pick up the daisy arrangement I ordered last week, I threw a medium fit that the flowers were not quite right. To the Gentleman Florist, I want to apologize and thank you for your kindness. You see this man, very quietly and calmly, fixed the flowers for me and made them perfect, while being gracious the whole time. Plaza Flowers has always provided the best & most beautiful service around and has been my go to since, I think the 70's or 80's, anytime I have lived in or visited this area. Plaza did the centerpieces for our Center City wedding and we could not be happier! We were planning our wedding from across the country and Chris was very flexible in communicating with us via email with examples and suggestions that went well with the lighting at the venue at a very reasonable price. When we walked in, we couldn't believe how great the centerpieces looked and guests were grabbing them at the end of the night to take them home.
