Kevin is a member of our Black Tie Bingo committee and this year in particular, we are so grateful to have his support. Eight weeks out, we had to find a new venue for our gala for 450 people. We found the venue - the old Sears store - and Kevin managed multiple details in a compressed time frame to ensure everything was looked after, with a can-do, supportive and positive attitude. We held our wedding at Piper Hill Farm in Puslinch a couple weeks ago and Platters catered for our wedding of just under 100 guests. Words can not express how happy we were to have their friendly and talented team take care of our food and decorative needs on our very special day. They transformed a historic barn into the most magical setting one could ask for - beautiful chandelier lighting sprinkled with string lights and a beautiful backdrop to set the stage for our head table. Our guests are still raving about the food...especially the Sweet Potato Pave Stack! Many have even said it was the best "wedding food" they have ever had. Allison and Kevin were such a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and their staff on the day-of were extremely helpful and friendly.
