Paul and his team were absolute stars. Paul was completely on it in terms of logistics from the start and kept us up to date with everything. They thought of everything, such as avoiding roadworks, better routes, and knew exactly when and where to pick up and drop off. The car itself was gorgeous and just made me feel so special, we even got some waves driving down the high street! I cannot recommend Paul and his team enough! Excuse the pun but we received ‘platinum’ service from day one. Not only do they have beautiful, pristine, perfect cars for your big day, but their service is exceptional. Fantastic communication received throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and all details were checked with precision before hand. They even competed a ‘dummy run’ of the journey to ensure the timings were correct on the day. Tremendous service from Platinum Wedding Cars !! From our first meeting with Paul at a wedding fayre he was very friendly and extremely professional. The communication from day one was outstanding. Closer to the big date we received a phone call explaining the timings, the routes, and arrangements for the journey to the church and onwards to the reception venue.This was immediately followed up by a confirmation email. On the day, the car and driver arrived immaculately presented. The driver was courteous, very friendly and put everyone at ease. He took time out for us to take some photographs prior to setting off. We booked Platinum Cars back in 2021for our wedding day on the 14th april 2023, and from the very start, Paul was absolutely wonderful! So helpful and thorough as he organised our timings for the day etc. On our wedding day everything was perfect! Our car, the Austin Princess was absolutely pristine! I cannot recommend Platinum Wedding Cars enough! Cars were not very high on our priority list and were one of the last things we booked but I am so glad I found this company as it made such a wonderful difference. From my first enquiry, I was contacted almost immediately by Paul and we arranged to go and view the cars. He was very flexible, friendly and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. I have 2 dads and wanted them both to be in the car with me and Paul was incredible helping me decide which car would be more suitable to allow space for us all and my dress. Communication was brilliant, we were kept up to date with everything, they did a trial run to ensure they knew the route, where places were etc. Timing was impeccable, car was so comfy and we were really looked after. Our driver on the day (Dave I think his name was) was so lovely and got us around safely. I did not worry once about if they would turn up on time or anything else car related! 27/12/22 The most professional, personal and thoughtful service throughout, which made our day even more special. Paul was just simply fantastic! From the minute I got in touch I received nothing but top class customer service. I had regular communication with a detailed itinerary which defiantly put my mind at ease for our special day. When the car pulled up it was even more stunning than I remembered, absolutely pristine inside and out. John, our driver, was so calm, so friendly and so accommodating on the day and couldn’t do enough to help. I even received a birthday card that was placed on my seat (as I got married on my 30th birthday!) This just shows Platinum Cars will go above and beyond to make it personal and special. A friend recommended Platinum Cars to my husband and I, after she had used them for her own wedding several years ago informing us of what amazing service she had received and what excellent condition the cars were in. I contacted Paul shortly after to check availability and discuss the packages they had to offer. The customer service received was excellent. Paul was very kind, recommended several wedding fayres to me and asked if there was anything else he could do to support myself and at the time, my husband to be. The communication was amazing and Paul even liaised with our photographer to ensure that enough time was given for our photos on the day of the wedding. The prices for the cars were very reasonable especially as the cars were in such pristine condition. On the day of the wedding; our driver Alan was absolutely fantastic and provided a top quality service. Paul was so helpful and friendly from the start of our enquiry all the way through. Made time to show us the cars and give us advise on what we would need to all be comfortable. We met Paul at a wedding fayre, and we knew straight away with how friendly, professional and welcoming he was that this was who we were getting our wedding cars from! On the day it rained pretty much from start to finish, but Paul and his colleague made sure the bridesmaids and myself got into the cars without getting wet, getting drenched themselves in the process! These guys were fantastic for our wedding. Professional, courteous and very understanding when our youngest, who has downs, was being particularly difficult. The car was beautiful comfortable and clearly very well looked after. The whole service from original booking through to the end was second to none.
