What can I say, fantastic! The staff, Jon particularly was amazing! I did the 4 weeks residential training for reactivity with my dog Pip. I was really unsure of sending my dog away that long... but the whole team really made me feel at ease at the handover and the first time I met them when I checked the place out! I received a free assessment and was walked around the facilities and it really made me feel comfortable leaving Pip with them and that’s before the results!! I feel like I’ve got a new dog now without any changes with our relationship! It’s brought a whole new love to my baby girl Pip. Well played to the whole business, 10/10 More...

took my 14 month gsd to this company , I was assured she would be looked after and kept safe for her 4 week training duration , within 3 hours the trainers had let her escape and didn't advise us for a further 3 hours , she was loose all night and was spotted on the near by railway line. .the next day she was spotted going twds the m1 motorway where she was subsequently killed outright when a car hit her ..! you cant imagine the heartache and upset this has caused our family , turned our lives upside down ..no appology was received.. we were just coldly sent her belongings back and given a refund.. if you have any consideration for your animal id walk away from using this company .. it has ruined our lives we miss our shine so much .. we live this nightmare every day .. be warned..!! Our dog was trained by Platinum K9. When he came to us at 6 months his training was unbelievable - recall, commands and manners.
He was in residential training were he was clearly well looked after and loved.
The aftercare from PK9 was also second to none which has allowed us to maintain our boys behaviour, people cannot believe the level of his training and reaction to commands when we are out and about.
In short I cannot recommend Platinum K9 highly enough and would definitely use them again should we ever get another dog.
