I was in with Fiona this morning for my highlights and I absolutely love the colour she achieved. My appointment at Platinum completely exceeded my expectations. Rebecca did a phenomenal job with my extensions, they are so beautiful and the fact that I have extensions is completely undetectable! What an experience and a great day I had with Fiona xx I had my consultation with Chloe - who is lovely and I came today for my colour and extensions with Fiona. Fiona looked after me all day, I felt totally at ease with her and she took her time to go through my colour, what would suit me and what way she would place my extensions, not once did I think “oh no I’m not going to like this”. Fiona was absolutely brilliant with me and explained all my aftercare in great detail. My colour is gorgeous, and my extensions are fabulous!!!! Cannot explain how happy I am with my new extensions done by Jessica in platinum. Everything from when I walked in and received a cup of tea to when I left I was made feel like a VIP. Just over 2 hours which absolutely flew by with the chats I had with Jessica and the girl next to us. I was nervous as I never had extensions before but Jessica advised on everything from maintaining to aftercare and I felt very confident when leaving. Also felt very relaxed as Jessica had extensions done hersel. Was offered a free trim in a weeks time if I felt they were too long which I thought was a lovely gesture.
