Kyle is amazing, helpful and kind! Kyle helped me with a kick-start program in order to gain weight and strength. I have zero complaints about his method or him! He is very genuine & realistic about what is possible for you to achieve. I highly recommend Kyle, as a personal trainer, to anybody who seeks a knowledgeable coach & a good trainer! I have been training with Kyle twice a week for about a year and a half. It’s one of the best investments of time and money I’ve ever made. Kyle gets you results based on your specific goals. He will tailor a program to your needs using his knowledge of weight and kettlebell training, yoga, marathon running, etc. More importantly, he is an inspirational coach who keeps adapting your workouts as you progress to build on successes and to keep it fun! I had the privilege to work with Kyle for a 12 week fitness routine at the Chateau Laurier. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight, I’ve built muscle mass and developed a daily routine that has seen me maintain a streak of working out over 70 consecutive days. What makes Kyle a transformation trainer is that he doesn’t just tell you what to do, he coaches you and finds solutions to make things you can’t do, possible. I was pretty skeptical of the whole personal trainer idea until I worked with Kyle. I thought I could just find a routine online and do it myself and get results, but that rarely works and you often fall off the wagon. Kyle first evaluated my fitness and stiffness and devised a routine that would help improve my physical shape and my flexibility. I started seeing results after only a few sessions and after a month and half friends and family started to notice, more importantly thought I felt better. With Kyle what really stood out was his ability to make changes on the fly, if he sees you struggling he has a dozen different exercises or stretches to make it easier and improve your form. If you can’t do a traditional squat, he has another variation. He was also able to explain the science behind everything he had you do. The Chateau gym is wonderful and Kyle’s private training room offers privacy and the ability to avoid any self-consciousness you might have about going to the gym. I would recommend Kyle to anyone who is serious about improving their fitness and flexibility. If you’re willing to put in the work and open to changing your life Kyle is trainer you need. More...
