For many years we have been designing, and bringing to fruition, schemes for both private and commercial clients; schemes for residential and commercial properties; schemes for new builds and schemes for extending and/or remodelling, and we would be pleased to help you bring your project to a satisfactory conclusion.
Initially, we would need to meet, ideally at the property, to discuss your ideas and requirements – a meeting for which we make no charge – and, maybe, offer advice on alternative solutions as well as pointing out ideas which are legislatively or technically unworkable.
Following this meeting and discussion, we would send a written outline of our proposals with time scales and fees for your consideration and acceptance before proceeding further.
When you have accepted our proposal package, we would need to return to the site to measure up the existing property – to create the computer model which will form the basis for the redesign – and to have further discussions with yourselves.
The preliminary proposed design drawings will be submitted to yourselves for consideration and subsequently remodelled, as necessary, to arrive at a scheme that is to your requirements.
Once the design is to your satisfaction we submit, and manage, the Applications through the Planning and Building Control processes, as appropriate, to Approval.
