My name is Peter H Collins and I set up this Paralegal business in order to create a warm friendly legal advisory service that would make the decisions regarding putting your affairs in order easier simpler and at a lower cost than most high street lawyers. Our home visits are safe and secure and we take clients data protection very seriously indeed. Marilyn A Mason, my Co Director accompanies me on all visits to make sure I have understood the case correctly. We welcome family meetings where appropriate so that where necessary they can be involved in the creation of Wills , Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorneys. No work is started without a written quotation personal to the clients being posted to them and only when a deposit of at least half the quotation has been paid will work proceed. We specialise in Assett Protection Trusts , Complex Wills , Personal and Business LPAs .
Being a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals , a Chartered Financial Planner for 34 years and a Member of the Society of Will Writers gives me the knowledge and confidence to advise on all aspects of Estate Planning and Taxation matters and be rest assured if I do not think and advice is appropriate I will explain why and make my exit. We are happy to create low cost simple Wills from £75 and LPAs for £100 per part excluding registration with the Office of the Public Guardian. We are also dementia friends and can advise on mental capacity matters and the Court of Protection.
