Pizza Via is a mobile wood fired pizza van that brings a little bit of Italy to you. We cook the pizza in the traditional way - in a wood fired oven - using authentic Italian ingredients wherever possible.
Our bespoke mobile event catering unit is designed to create a sense of theatre and allow the customer to see the pizzaiolo work the dough, add the ingredients and cook the pizza.

Pizza Via mobile van recently provided the evening food at our wedding and were a massive hit!! Pizzas were absolutely delicious (so many of my guests have commented on them) and Alanna and Colin were really responsive in all communication, and so friendly and helpful in person- nothing was a bother. We hired pizza via for our wedding buffet at Loch Lomond Waterfront and they were absolutely incredible. I’m sorry I didn’t get the chance to come and chat to you guys, but from what I heard from my husband and my mum was that you were great staff, friendly and professional. My mum is really fussy about catering, so I think yous did a grand job there! I did eat some pizza, one that you had made specially for me with my favourite toppings and it tasted amazing. Everyone commented on the pizza van being a great idea. Everyone loved the pizza they got, it tasted amazing. It fed our wedding guests through the reception, on the bus home and the next day (when the hangovers kicked in). Where do I start!!! Pizza via done the day time catering for our wedding on the 9th March in a large farm shed we were kindly given for the evening. I truly can’t fault the service we received they were so professional and went the extra mile to ensure everyone had the best experience possible. Firstly I provided salad that they kindly went above and beyond to set out for me and serve which was an extra on top of the most delicious pizza and Italian meats and cheese they provided. All the guests were loving it, their plates full to the brim with tasty food. Alanna, Colin and Fee were beyond kind and amazing at what they do and made us feel so special even supplied a special take home pizza for myself and Chris to enjoy on the way home. All these little things made our day so special and I can’t thank you all enough ! If anyone is ever thinking of doing a sharing platter, pizza style meal for their wedding this is where you NEED to come you will not be disappointed More...

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
At Pizza Via we are committed to providing the very best mobile, event and venue catering. We realise that flexibility is crucial as no two events or venues are the same, requiring different food and catering solutions, from sporting arenas, shopping malls and music festivals to intimate parties and weddings.
What do you love most about your job?
The variety of events we attend from music festivals to private parties to weddings. We enjoy meeting and chatting to all different types of people on our travels.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Long seated desire to work within the catering environment and to provide quality, tasty and fresh food at an affordable price.
