Fantastic service. So the design element seemed to take an age but we were not in any rush for the work to be completed. We were transferring our website from a well known platform to 1st Web Studio. Following the site going into a trial period where we ironed out most issues (settings and formatting mostly) we went live with the thanks of Freddy. Unlike some companies where you have to submit a ticket to get support and wait he was quick at getting email requests into action and often the work required was done within 5 minutes of the email being sent. After investing or wasting several years and thousands of dollars trying other website designers we were finally blessed to come across 1st Web Studio. I talked to Freddy no idea if he was the owner but he was just amazing. I live in Seattle, WA. Everything was done through email and phone I heard about 1st Web Studio from a friend of mine. She told me that I can get for $150 per month a full website done and hosting and maintenance included. I was just amazed for what I heard. So I called this gentleman answered the phone at first I was specious because it was a google voice number when I called. But Freddy answered the call. He walked me through he whole process at the end. I got my website fully running and completed in 4 weeks. And if I have anything that I want to change on the website like pictures or content. What makes a great website?
Your website is your first digital impression and you want to make sure it’s a great one. It should reflect everything you want potential customers to know and remember about your business. To marketers and other business owners who have been around for a while, this is nothing new. Successful businesses are always trying to improve the quality of their websites to meet the needs of their users.Often times, people are visiting your website because they are seeking out something. You want to ensure that they are finding what they are looking for quickly and with ease. You may have the most amazing business model and offer extraordinary customer service, but with a poorly functioning website, you could miss out on a significant amount of business and ultimimately make a bad impression.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
First, what kind of website they would be looking for? example: Blog, Ecommerce, Info site, etc.
Second, is it urgent?
Third, would they be able to have time to meet face to face at my office or there office, home, etc
Describe your creative process.
First, we design how the website is going to look we send out .jpg images to the customer so they can see what it looks like. If approved by the client we move to send step
Second, we start the development process this usually takes about 3-4 weeks. At this point we would be asking the client to provide images and content for the website.
Third, finalizing the site making sure everything works. And the client is satisfied.
Final, weekly maintenance on the site updating and fixing any bugs or errors
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We would just need colors and ideas of how they want their website to look. If they have the content already we suggest to get that asap.
What do you love most about your job?
That by being very affordable I can give any client the satisfaction and creativity that they need to get thier dream site done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been doing web design for over 15 years and never had the chance to give the community something that they need. Nkw that I have that opportunity I created this great system that any company or person can exploit and not be burden with a huge monetary implications
Why should our clients choose you?
I think most clients don’t want to deal with thier website and just want to take care of their business and that is where we come in and facilitate it. Buy us controling the whole site the client can dedicate 100% of thier time to the business.
